Hidradenitis Suppurativa is a skin condition that causes small and often painful lumps to form under the skin. They can break open, or tunnels can form under the skin and drain fluid (fistula). Hidradenitis Suppurativa is most common where skin rubs together: armpits, groin, buttocks and breasts.

Study has 12 office visits over the course of 44 weeks.
$900.00 in stipend provided if all study visits are attended and completed.
To Qualify, you MUST meet the following INCLUSION CRITERIA:
1.) 18 to 75 years of age
2.) Have at least 6 months previous active H.S.
3.) Have H.S. lesions in 2 or more anatomical areas (i.e. arms AND groin)
To Qualify, you must NOT meet the following EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
1.) Herpes zoster infection (shingles) within last 2 months
2.) Known autoimmune disorder (with the exception of Crohn's)
3.) History of cancer within the last 5 years.
