This clinical trial is for people who have vitiligo. A safety and efficacy study of Ruxolitinib cream combined with Narrow-Band Ultraviolet B Phototherapy in participants with vitiligo. For more information, please read the description below or click "SIGN UP".
Volunteers needed to participate in this 56 week clinical trial, with 11 office visits. Reimbursement of $75.00 per office visit for those who qualify and participate.
To Qualify, you must meet the following INCLUSION CRITERIA:
1.) Must be 12-17 years, or 18 years or older
2.) Vitiligo on less than 10% of your total body surface
3.) Be willing to have a skin biopsy
To Qualify, you must NOT meet the following EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
1.) No pigmented hair within any of the vitiligo areas on the face
2.) Do not have space for a home therapy UVB machine
3.) Previously received JAK inhibitors systemic or topical
