Kalvista Hereditary Angioedema
Participation Information
This study is an up to 30 week clinical trial to test an oral medication for people with hereditary angioedema. There are a varied number of office visits and there is compensation for your participation if you qualify and take part in this trial. $125.00 per study visit. Travel arrangements may be available for qualifying subjects based on location and sponsor approval.
To Qualify, you must meet the following INCLUSION CRITERIA:
1.) Documented clinical history of Hereditary Angioedema Type I or Type II
2.) Have access to and ability to use conventional treatment for HAE attacks
3.) Must be able to swallow trial tablets whole
To Qualify, you must NOT meet the following EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
1.) Pregnant or Breastfeeding
2.) Any prior use of any gene therapy treatment for HAE
3.) Inadequate organ function
